that trip into town to find that 'special something' then browse through our collection without leaving home..
Each of our knits are lovingly produced by Debbie Worley or Sally
Webb...sisters (of the paternal kind !) living in the South of England - Sally in West London close to Heathrow and
Debbie in Wokingham, Berkshire. Yes we enjoyed the swinging 60's and are refusing to grow old gracefully...... because it's
much more fun this way !
As each season approaches we can be seen scouring exhibitions, meeting with our suppliers,
to gather fantastic yarns to produce our exciting ranges... colour, texture and price are all important in our quest to give
you a whole range of knitwear that is not readily available, in mass quantities, in the High Street. Most of our suppliers
are UK based but regularly we pop across to Europe to see what's new there.... our yarns are beautiful, from the well known,
aran, chunky and mega chunky to gorgeous mohairs, chenille ribbon and fantastic stranded yarns.
This year we've concentrated on mixing yarns to create unusual textures in our softest ever
scarves - good enough to wear during the day and just as great for evenings out - in a frenzy of colours! We've even
set a trend in using huge needles to produce an open weave effect... or super thick chunky knits for those cold
winter days.
Is there anything you don't make.?
Sorry, but due to time contraints we do not produce Aran style knits or Gansies or socks.
We will be happy to make any item/s to your specifications if it is not in stock - however there will be a delay
in delivery.
Our size range spans from birth to 'as young as you feel' and measurements are in UK and
European sizes - if you need help just 'click' on our Customer Care page for conversion information or contact us we'll be
pleased to advise you.
