As it is important to us that you are delighted with all our products and services we want to make you a
very special guarantee.
If there is any reason why you are not completely satisfied with any item you order from us, you can simply
return it to us, in an unused condition, within 14 days of receipt. If after purchase, any product fails to give reasonable
wear due to either defective workmanship or materials we will undertake to try to replace, repair or credit all or part of
the purchase price to your account. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
Returning our products is easy. Every delivery comes with an advice note listing the contents. Simply tick
the item/s you are returning and select the most appropriate 'reason' code on the advice note and then enter this code alongside
the product you are returning. This will help us improve the quality of our service in the future. Please remember to enclose
the advice note in the parcel you are returning. Unfortunately, we do not refund postage and packaging if an item is returned.
Returns will only be accepted within our 14 day approval period.
